About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced 
Relationship Manager
 to join our team in Japan. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and managing relationships with financial institutions, clients, and partners, with a focus on innovative financial solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to 
FinTech, Web3, and digital assets
, as well as a solid foundation in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners in Japan.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities in 
    FinTech, Web3, and digital asset ecosystems
    .
  • Provide insights and advisory support to clients on financial products, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, product, compliance, and operations) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support negotiations and deal structuring with financial counterparties.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of the 
    financial services industry
    , with bonus points for 
    FinTech / Web3 / digital asset exposure
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    finance and accounting principles
    .
  • Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
