【リーダー候補】フィールドセールス【2300社導入/就職活動の過程を評価するHRサービス】

【仕事内容】

  • 顧客の課題の言語化からクロージングまで一気通貫でリードし、ABABA/REALMEの導入を実現していただき、

リーダー候補として活躍いただける方を募集いたします。

【サービス】:他社の最終選考まで進めた学生をターゲットにしたスカウト型就活サービス「ABABA」

AI面接対策サービス「REALME」

【業務詳細】:・大手企業をメインとした新規商談の実施~成約:ABABA/REALMEの価値訴求、合意形成

・課題把握と提案:現状と理想を言語化し、最適プランと成果シミュレーション提示

・クロージング:決裁者と決裁プロセスの把握、懸念解消、ネクストアクション合意

・「お祈りエール」導入提案:新しい採用文化の定着を推進

・顧客フィードバックの社内還元:開発、プロダクトへのインサイト提供

・目標達成に向けたプランニング:逆算で行動設計、実行・振り返り・改善

・仕組み化:オンボーディング資料化、業務の自動化/標準化で再現性を構築

【評価制度】:四半期ごとの振り返り、半年ごとの評価をもとに昇格/昇給が行われます。

昇給平均額は、1,320,000円/年、昇給率は12%と成果に応じて評価される環境です。

408万円~600万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
