【仕事内容】
営業さんをサポートしながら、
不動産の販売活動を裏側から支える
お仕事です
\主な業務内容はこちら/
(1)お客様へのご連絡(追客)
過去にご相談いただいたお客様へ、
メールやお電話でご連絡
(2)物件の写真撮影&ネット掲載
仕入れた物件の撮影をして、
SUUMOなどの媒体に掲載します
(3)簡単な物件調査
現地や役所で、
物件情報の確認を行います
(4)契約書の作成補助
営業と連携して、重要事項説明書や
売買契約書を作成します。
(5)営業のサポート全般
書類の準備や予定の調整など、
幅広くサポートしていただきます

営業経験(1~2年程度)
