業務内容
主に社会人向けの通信教育コースの開発業務(企画、ディレクション、教材編集、販促支援)、関連業務(コース改訂業務、在庫管理等)をご担当いただきます。

(1)社会人向けの通信教育コース・学習システム(レポート・添削指導・Web等)の企画・開発
(2)既存コースの改訂業務、在庫管理、増刷対応
(3)営業支援、販促活動
(4)著者・取引先契約交渉 等
具体的には…
新規コース開発に関わる一連の業務を担当、ディレクションいただきます。
コース企画を立案し、コースカリキュラム案の作成や執筆者選定、テキスト(紙・電子)の編集、提出課題(レポート問題)の作成・編集、提案資料の作成など一通りの開発業務を担当いただきます。
また関連業務として既存コースのメンテナンス(改訂)について、法改正、試験制度改正などを踏まえた改訂作業、学習サイトでのコンテンツ確認作業等について必要な対応を行います。
※将来的に通信教育だけでなくeラーニングも含めたの個人学習領域の商品サービスの企画開発を担当していただく可能性があります。
必要となる経験/スキル

・出版社または編集プロダクション等の制作会社での企画編集業務のご経験
・ビジネス書/教育教材/雑誌等の制作(校正含む)のご経験
・社会人・企業向けの研修プログラム、教材開発のご経験

・関係者と協力し、プロジェクトを管理・推進したご経験
・eラーニング等のデジタル教材制作経験

中期的なキャリアイメージ
ご入社後は、既存コースの改訂業務や新規コースの企画・開発を中心にご担当いただきます。
同時に、eラーニングを含む個人学習領域でのデジタルコンテンツの開発にも携わっていただく予定です。
その後、システム開発やオペレーション、研修プログラム開発、部門横断型のプロジェクトリーダーなど活躍の場を広げていくことが可能です。
将来的には部門マネジメントなど、より上流のポジションをめざすキャリアパスもご用意しています。
