本ポジションでは、事業開発人材育成・組織開発支援・生成AI×教育といった、未来テーマの事業開発を中心に、新規事業の立ち上げから拡販までを推進いただきます。

教育業界の経験は問いません。01や110の事業をつくることに情熱を持ち、変化を楽しめる方とご一緒したいと考えています。

仕事内容


<ミッション>

教育・組織開発の未来を創る新規事業を、企画・検証・事業化まで一貫してリードすること。

・未充足ニーズの探索と新テーマ創出

・仮説構築と検証を繰り返し・、PMF(適合)を目指すこと

・生成AIを活用したサービス開発・業務高度化

・社外連携(企業・大学・自治体)との協働による価値創造

・事業との連携によるJMAM全体のポートフォリオ拡大

<主な業務内容>

・顧客ヒアリングによる仮説創造と検証

・生成AIを活用した教材・デジタルサービスの企画、開発

・事業開発人材育成・組織開発プログラムの推進、拡販

・関係部門(営業・マーケティング・他事業開発部門等)との協働

・顧客(人事部・経営企画部など)への提案、プロジェクト運営

・新個人学習サービスの設計、ディレクション

・生成AI × 教育の新規プロダクト企画、開発

必要となる経験/スキル


<必須>

・新規事業開発または商品企画の経験(3年以上)

・ 社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進した実績

・生成AI(ChatGPT等)を業務に積極活用できるスキル

<歓迎>

・ 教育・人材開発領域の経験

・ 教材・デジタルサービスの開発経験

・無形商材の販売・営業の経験または支援経験

・研修設計(インストラクショナルデザイン)の経験
