仕事概要


ケップルは「Create New Industries 世界に新たな産業を」をミッションに、スタートアップや企業の成長を支える事業を展開している会社です。 今回募集するのは、後継者不足に悩む中小企業を引き継ぎ、成長を支える「事業承継ファンド」のメンバーです。 単なる投資ではなく、実際に企業の中に入り、経営者や社員の方と一緒に会社を良くしていくのがこの仕事の特徴です。 「会社をどう成長させるか?」 「社員が安心して働ける組織にするには?」 「地域に必要とされ続ける会社にするには?」 こうした問いに向き合いながら、新卒から経営のリアルを学び、実践できるポジションです。 【仕事内容】 入社後は、先輩メンバーのサポートを受けながら、以下のような業務に取り組みます。最初からすべてをお任せするのではなく、 少人数チームの中で、経営・財務・戦略を実務を通して学んでいく形になります。 ・承継後の企業の成長戦略・中期計画づくりのサポート ・営業の進め方、業務の効率化、IT導入(DX)などの改善施策の実行支援 ・地域金融機関や専門家(会計士・弁護士など)との連携 ・経営者・社員との対話を通じた組織づくりの支援 ・ケップルが持つネットワークを活かしたアライアンスや事業連携の支援 【この仕事で得られること】 ・20代から企業経営の現場に入り、事業承継後のリアルな経営課題に向き合う経験 ・経営者と直接対話し、意思決定がどのように行われるかを間近で学べる環境 ・財務・戦略・組織づくりなど経営に必要な要素を実務を通して身につけられる ・日本の中小企業・地域経済を支え、次の世代へとつなぐ社会的意義の高い仕事 ・将来、経営・投資・ファンド運営・コンサルティング・起業などにつながる実践的な経験 【入社後イメージ】 1年目:先輩の案件サポート/経営・財務の基礎理解 2〜3年目:担当企業を持ち、経営支援の一部を主体的に推進 将来:投資実務・ファンド運営・経営幹部候補など多様なキャリア <会社紹介資料/インタビュー> KEPPLE 会社紹介資料 【CEO note】「潰れるかも」から「100億調達」を実現するまで 【先輩社員インタビュー】地域の想いを次世代へ、変革を実現する事業承継ファンドの挑戦

必須スキル


・4年制大学または大学院を卒業・修了済み、または卒業・修了見込みの方で2027年4月以降にご入社いただける方 ・就労経験がない方(就労経験がある方は中途採用、第二新卒でご応募ください)

・金融ビジネスやVC、スタートアップに関する強い興味・関心 ・自ら目標を設定し、目標の達成のため、試行錯誤しながら取り組んだ経験 ・Word, Excel, PowerPointといったビジネスソフトの基本的な使用経験 ・経済学部・商学部・経営学部・法学部などで、金融、会計、経営、会社法などについて学んできた経験

ハイブリッドワーク(在宅勤務、オフィス) 仕事内容やチームの状況に合わせ、 自身が一番高くパフォーマンスを上げることができる環境を選択可能。 人材育成、事業理解の促進、社内メンバーとの相互理解という観点から、 入社からしばらくの間は原則、出社をいただく予定です。 一日の所定労働時間:8時間(休憩60分除く) フレックス制度:有 コアタイム11~15時 清算期間:1ヶ月 ※勤務開始時間は6~11時から選択可能 残業時間の目安 閑散期:0~20時間 繁忙期:20~40時間 完全週休2日制(土日) その他祝日 年次有給休暇(6ヶ月間勤務後10日間付与) 夏季休暇(6~11月の期間で3日間付与) 年末年始休暇(12/28~1/3) 産前産後休暇、育児休暇 慶弔休暇

試用期間3ヶ月、期間内の条件変更なし

想定年収:360~480万 ・月給:300,000~400,000円(在宅勤務手当含む) ・基本給:221,391~295,618円 ・固定残業手当:78,609~104,382円/45時間 (時間外労働の有無に限らず、上記金額を固定残業手当として支給。 45時間を超過した時間外労働の残業手当については追加で支給。) 賃金形態・賞与 月給制/賞与無し 査定・昇給 半期ごとに評価・査定を実施(11月・5月) ※その他成果に応じて随時昇給の可能性あり。 通勤手当(定期代の上限は月額30,000円とする) 社会保険完備(雇用・労災・健康・厚生年金) 完全禁煙(オフィス) ※テナントビル内に喫煙所有り 各種福利厚生 ・書籍購入支援(1か月あたり5,000円の購入枠) ・勉強会参加支援(必要に応じて都度申請) ・PC(全職種でWindows/Macを自由に選択可能) ・服装自由 ・フリードリンク ・Hills House(麻布台ヒルズ森JPタワー33Fのコワーキングスペース・カフェテリアが利用可能)
