【業務内容】

レクリエーションの準備・片付け(体操、工作、ゲームなど)

ご利用者さまとの 会話・コミュニケーション

お茶出し・おやつ提供・食事サポート

記録や備品の整理・補充

体操や歌の際の 進行補助

【1日の流れ】

9:00〜9:30

出勤・申し送り確認

レクリエーション準備(道具出し・会場設営)

9:30〜11:00

体操やゲームなどのレク進行補助

参加しない方の見守り・談話

11:00〜12:30

昼食準備・配膳補助

下膳・片付け

食後の雑談・見守り

12:30〜14:00

午後のレク準備(工作や歌の道具準備)

ご利用者とのコミュニケーション

14:00〜15:30

おやつの準備・配膳

レクリエーション進行補助(歌・塗り絵・ビンゴなど)
