Business Assurance in Japan consists of 2 main service lines, i.e. Management System Certification and Training.

The ICT Auditor is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development, leading the delivery of projects, and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards. This position reports to the Quality Manager.

Rroles & Responsibilities
You will be expected to support the growth of our sales and delivery for a range of services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including

  • Perform 3rd-party onsite ISO audits, ISO 27001 / training in line with DNV guidelines, policies and procedures DNVのガイドライン、方針および手順に従い、ISO 27001を中心とした第三者認証審査やトレーニングを、オンサイトで実施します
  • Sales activities in ICT sector as a subject matter expert. ICT分野における専門家(Subject Matter Expert)として、営業活動を行います
  • Interact directly with customers at all levels of management in developing timely, complete and accurate reports of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system 顧客のマネジメント層すべてのレベルと直接コミュニケーションを取り、マネジメントシステムの遵法状況または実施状況について、タイムリーかつ正確で網羅的な報告書を作成・提供します
  • Document and report audit activities and results and resolve the Technical Review (TR) issues if any so that the lead time to customer is optimised 監査活動およびその結果を文書化・報告し、必要に応じて技術レビュー(TR)上の課題を解決し、顧客へのリードタイムを最適化します
  • Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure 顧客の是正処置およびクローズ対応を、期限内かつ正確にレビューします
  • Maintains appropriate audit credentials and pursues advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed 必要に応じて、監査に関する資格(認証審査員資格など)を維持・更新し、さらに上位資格や関連資格の取得を積極的に推進します
  • Generate leads & opportunities across services, pass on to sales and support Sales Team, if required 自社サービス全般におけるリードやビジネス機会を創出し、営業部門へ適時に引き継ぎ、必要に応じて営業活動を支援します
  • Support Operations Planning & Scheduling by timely communication on dates for delivery of various services 各種サービスの提供日程について、タイムリーに情報共有し、業務計画およびスケジューリング業務を支援します
  • Support efficiency projects such as Travel, Audits / Trainings and non-refundable activities 監査・研修・出張・未返金活動などに関する効率化プロジェクトを支援します
  • Prioritise Key Customers and be the Customer Manager for assigned projects and represent DNV professionally for delivery 重要顧客を優先し、担当プロジェクトにおけるカスタマーマネージャーとして、DNVの代表としてプロフェッショナルにサービスを提供します
  • Ensure Customer rapport and resolve any customer complaints; 顧客との良好な関係を維持し、顧客からの苦情・要望などに迅速かつ適切に対応・解決します

Skills/Competencies/Experience
About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or relevant field 情報技術(IT)または関連分野の学士号または修士号を有していること
