Workshop engineers are responsible for overhauling, repairing, modifying and inspecting engine components such as cylinder heads, pistons and liners.

As well as practical work skills, they must be able to investigate and report problems.

Your Main Responsibilities Are:

• Dismantle, find and assemble engines, components and other products from the Wärtsilä portfolio.
• Determining the need for spare parts, tools and devices to complete orders.
• Performing preventive maintenance on all workshop machinery.
• Maintain measurement tools and workshop tools.
• Keeping work area clean and organized.
• Active cooperation in the improvement of work processes desirable.
• Compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Compliance with environmental regulations and quality specifications.
• Cooperation with other departments on site.
