【業務内容】

ご利用者さまの 食事介助(スプーンでの介助・声かけ中心)

配膳・下膳のサポート

水分補給やおやつ提供

居室や共用部の 環境整備(清掃・消毒・タオル補充)

フロアでの 見守り・声かけ

軽い着替えや整容の補助

など

経験豊富な方はもちろん、経験が少ない方でも始めやすい業務内容です

【1日の流れ】

9:00〜9:30

出勤・申し送り確認

フロアや居室の環境整備(換気・タオル交換)

9:30〜11:00

居室や共有部の清掃・消毒

水分補給やお茶出し

11:00〜12:30

昼食準備(配膳・テーブルセッティング)

食事介助(必要な方へ声かけ・介助)

下膳・食器片付け

12:30〜14:00

食後の口腔ケア補助

フロアでの見守り・雑談

14:00〜15:30

居室巡回、軽い着替えや整容の補助

共用部の整理・備品補充

15:30〜16:00

おやつの準備・提供

16:00〜17:30

フロアでの見守り・声かけ

軽い清掃や環境整備

17:30〜18:00

夕食準備の補助(配膳・食事介助サポート)

申し送り・退勤
