Responsibilities
- ウエハUBMプロセスの開発と導入を主導し、最高のパフォーマンスと信頼性を確保します
- 設備とプロセスの所有権を所得します
- エンジニアリングフェーズでのサンプル処理をサポートします。これには、保留ロットの処分と、必要に応じて適切な再加工処理の指示が含まれます
- 異常事態に対処し、是正措置と継続的な改善措置を推進します
- 統計的プロセス制御法を適用して、強固な製造プロセスを確立して維持します
- 部門横断的に作業して統合要件を定義し、製品要件に応じてベストプラクティスを確立します
- 新しい機器を評価し、業界のイノベーションと最先端の技術に関する最新情報を入手します
- R&D チームと協力して、コンセプトから量産に移行します
Requirements
- 電気工学、化学、材料科学物理学、または関連分野の学士号/修士号
- 最低6年のプロセスエンジニアリング経験、うち4年はウエハUBMプロセスの経験がある方
- ウエハUBMまたはバンピング関連機器の専門家レベルの知識がある方
- 実験計画法、統計的プロセス管理、分析ツールの使用に関する知識がある方
- 作業指示書の作成、文書化、管理経験のある方
- 技術的および対人関係において優れた分析能力と問題解決能力のある方
- 実用的で柔軟な姿勢をもち、結果とデータに基づいて実行できる方
- 細部にまで気を配り、あらゆる面で高い基準を設定して自主的に業務を遂行することができる方
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力を有し、プロフェッショナルレベルの英語における文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションができる方
