USJ LLC. will continue its main business of operating the Universal Studios Japan and set a further goal as "becoming a leading entertainment company in the world." To achieve this goal, we need those who look at the world with strong leadership, think strategically and can deliver.
Description:
In charge of followings;
- Develop the mid-long range business growth plan, which drive attendance, per cap, guest satisfaction and cost reduction in order to deliver mid-long term EBITDA target (need to drive Cross Functional Team work with Finance, Operation, Industrial Engineering, Merchandising, Food, and Technical Service).
- Drive annual business plan, which includes daily attendance forecast based on the latest marketing plan, facilitate gap filling plan development with resource allocation within Marketing function. And develop pricing plan for our tickets to maximize our revenue.
- Develop Express / VIP product & pricing plan, Ticket promotion, and product code registration into the system to sell our ticket.
- Relationship marketing plan, which increase guest's visit frequency and convert our guests into loyal customers.
The individual for this position has demonstrated skills would be 1) program and project management focused on outcomes, 2) data and situational analysis, 3) cross group coordination across all levels of the organization, and 4) excellent oral and written communications.
Program And Project Management:
Proficient program and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs.
- Consistently and effectively leads project management and creative program development across a variety of mediums.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
- Attention to detail and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude are required to manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables.
Data And Situational Analysis:
Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
Cross Group Coordination:
Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical.
- Influences others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet organization's objectives, and is proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues and overcoming hurdles to results. Effectively collaborates with partners to resolve.
- Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
Excellent Oral and Written Communications:
A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management.
- Advanced interpersonal awareness and skills with particular emphasis on assertiveness, supportiveness, confrontation, listening, and group process.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT:
Ideally fluent both in English and Japanese in writing and speaking. Either fluent the other business level can be considered positive.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in Business.
