What You'll Do
ディレクターあるいはアソシエイト・パートナーは、ガートナーコンサルティングのクライアントと良好な信頼関係を築いていく重要な役割を担います。テクノロジーがいかに様々なビジネス領域の成果を実現させるのか紹介し、最高レベルの戦略的な視点から、大局的かつ戦術的な問題においてクライアントへ提言します。エキスパート・パートナーやその他のメンバーと協力し、クライアントに最適なソリューションを提供します。
入社後の想定業務(一例)
電機電子半導体などの業界のお客様に全社規模でITが関与する戦略立案の支援や、IT部門・CIOが携わる事業戦略検討支援などを行う。
What You'll Need
- 大卒・大学院卒
- 高い日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル必須 ・ ビジネスレベルの英語力歓迎
- 電機・電子・半導体のいずれか、あるいは複数業界に対するデジタル戦略・コンサルティングのご経験
- プロジェクトデリバリーおよび営業担当としてコンサルティング会社で従事したご経験
- ソリューション/テクニカルアーキテクトやアナリストのような問題解決能力の求められる業務経験
- 多数のITソリューションと複数のクライアントを担当したご経験
- テクノロジーを活用して企業のミッションクリティカルな優先事項を推進するために、メンバーを導き高いパフォーマンスを発揮できるチーム作りを一貫して行ってきたご経験
- 技術系・非技術系の出身に関わらず、共通の目標に向かってプロフェッショナルを鼓舞し、モチベーションを高めることができる能力
- チームの成功に対する揺るぎないコミットメントと、必要に応じて建設的/是正にむけたアクションを授受できる姿勢
- 知的好奇心があり、クライアントの問題を解決するためのソリューションと戦略の創造的な開発を支援する能力
- ガートナーのフレームワークと方法論を適応させ、クライアントの最も緊急なビジネス課題の核心に触れることが出来る
- ハンズオンで、複数のクライアントの優先順位を同時並行で管理する能力
