Role Description
Working closely with GDMA Instructors, Curators, Business Growth and Marketing teams. Also working with Edutech product platform teams. Working across tertiary and, professional courses deployed on and offline, and deployed in short or long form
Course Delivery Coordination
Set course schedules
Manage student recruiting process and/or partner institute liaison
Provide scheduling support to instructor/curator
Coordinate off-line delivery location
Coordinate on-line delivery
Update and Define templates and tools
Knowledge Management
Manage course materials (source and execution version) in course database
Manage course descriptions
Manage student and instructor profiles
Ensure data protection policy is followed
Client/Partner Liaison
Coordinate with clients and partners for course requirements and delivery
Marketing Coordination
Work with GDM Media Team to prepare course marketing (General and Deployment specific)
Track paid marketing schedule in budgeting system
Team Management
Provide requirements to HR team for GDMA team recruiting
Manage associate instructor tracking list
Book associate instructor
Other Tasks
Other tasks as needed
Personality Qualities
All Mojo team members are 21st century leaders
Postgraduate degree in Digital Business, Digital Innovation, Design Strategy, Digital Strategy, Economics, Politics or International Business.
5 or more years in project management role
5 or more years tertiary teaching and curriculum management experience
Proven experience in the following technical areas Gaming, Agritech, EduTech, MedTech, Design, and SmartCity applications
Excellent written english
English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent TOEIC 820/ EIKEN Grade 1 )
Second fluent language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish
