主な職務/ Job Responsibility

エリア サービス マネージャーの主な責任は、ディーラーおよびワークショップと緊密に連携し、サービスの販売および生産活動を開発、推進、サポート、フォローアップし、地理的エリアにおける顧客ロイヤルティを確保することです。エリア サービス マネージャーは、ディーラーおよびワークショップのサービス組織と協力して、その地域におけるスカニアの商業的および財務的目標の達成を目指し、市場および事業計画におけるサービス関連活動を指揮する機能的責任を担っています。/The main responsibility of the Area Services Manager is to work in close interaction with dealers and workshops, to develop, drive, support and follow up the activities to sell and produce services as well as ensure customer loyalty in the geographic area. The area services manager has the functional responsibility to steer the service related activities in the market and business plan in collaboration with the dealer and workshop service organization, aiming at reaching Scania's commercial and financial targets in the area.

• エリアにおけるサービスディレクターのサービス機能を代表する/Represent the Services Director service function in the area;
• エリアにおけるスカニアサービスマインドセットを実施し、育成する。模範を示す - 成果と顧客志向のマインドセットを奨励し、促進する /Implement and foster the Scania Services Mindset in the area. Lead by example; Encourage and promote a result- and customer oriented mind-set.
• サービス戦略から設定された KPI をフォローする - 積極的なサービス販売戦略に基づいて、サービス販売の舵取りをする/ Follow up set KPI:s from Services Strategy; Steer the Services sales based on active services sales strategy Retail Sales Management (RSM-Services)
• ビジネスプランの実施をサポートする; ディーラーと共に新しいビジネスチャンスを特定する / Support implementation of Business Plan; Identify new business opportunities together with the dealer
• スカニアサービスを開発し、推進する - 販売データを収集し、サービス戦略の予測とアクションプランを作成する/ Develop and promote Scania services; Collect sales data to create forecasts and action plans for services strategies;
• 関連する財務およびパフォーマンスレポートが作成され、さらなる改善のために分析されていることを確認する / Ensure that relevant financial and performance reports are compiled, analyzed for further improvements
• 市場および競合他社の活動、トレンド、および需要を監視する; 調査結果と市場のニーズを調整し、ディストリビューターにエスカレーションする。/ Monitor market and competitor activity, trends and demands; Coordinate and escalate findings and market needs back to the distributor
• ディーラーのサービス活動や計画、売上予測、目標、ターゲットを設定、追跡、報告/ Set, track and report on dealer service activities and plans, sales forecasts, objectives and targets
• 現場のディーラーやワークショップのサービススタッフとの物理的な週次、月次フォローアップミーティングに積極的に関与 - 顧客ロイヤルティ、コマーシャル、サービスプロダクションに関するワークショップのパフォーマンスを毎日フォローアップ / Actively engage in physical weekly and monthly follow up meetings with dealer and workshop service staff on site; Daily follow-up of workshop performance in regards to Customer loyalty, Commercial and Service Production matters
• 目標を達成するためにサービスチームのコーチング、動機付け、説明責任を奨励/Coach, motivate and encourage accountability in service teams to reach targets
• 逸脱を特定し、適切なアクションプランを作成 /Identify deviations and generate appropriate action plans
• サービスセールスを実施、開発 - ディーラーのサービスミーティングに積極的に関与 - 開発とフォローアップのためにディーラーやワークショップを定期的に訪問。ディーラーやワークショップの担当者と定期的に顧客を訪問する。/ Implement and develop service sales- Engage actively in dealer service meetings- Visit dealers and workshops regularly for development and follow up- Interact/visit customers regularly together with dealer / workshop people
• 顧客のニーズに沿った新しいソリューションの導入を支援し、積極的にネットワークと対話し、耳を傾ける。/Help to implement new solutions in line with customer needs, actively interacting and listening to the network;
• スカニア方式フレームワークを理解し、それに従って行動する。正常な状況を維持し、逸脱を検出し、それを排除するために直ちに行動する - 日常的なフォローアップ、日常的なステアリングに貢献する/Understand and act according to the Scania way frame work; Maintain the normal situation, detect deviations and act immediately to eliminate them.
• 標準化された作業方法に基づく改善活動に参加し、貢献する/ Participate and contribute in improvement activities based on a standardized working method

経験/ Experience、資格/ Qualification

必要資格 / Required Qualifications - 普通自動車運転免許 / Regular Driving License
望ましい経験・資格 / Desirable Experience and Qualifications

• Hands-on retail business experience, preferably within sales and/or workshop operation/リテールでの実務経験 (できれば販売および/またはワークショップ運営の経験 )
• Previous retail development experience/リテール開発経験
• Training, Team leader or manager experience/トレーニング、チームリーダーまたはマネージャー経験
• 大型トラック運転免許 英語力(中級レベルあれば尚可)

業界のこだわり-
自動車業界、産業機械(特に油圧と電気コントロール)業界の営業経験

学歴のこだわり/ Education -
高校卒以上、専攻の確認 / High school graduate or above, confirmation of major

言語/ Language
- 日本語ネイティブ+ビジネス英語+必須(読み書き会話)/ Native Japanese + Business English + Required (Reading/Writing)

転職回数/ Number of job changes
- 4、5年一つの企業での就業 / Worked for one company at least for 4-5 years

外人雇用

• 勤務制度/ Working System - フレックスタイム制; オフィス勤務; 在宅週二日程度(試用期間中は不可)/ Flextime system; office work; about two days a week working from home (not allowed during the probation period)

• 引継ぎ、OJT/Training - あり、同僚から / Available, from colleagues
• 勤務時間 / Working Hours - 9:00~18:00
• 休日/ Holidays - 年間125日
