この仕事のミッション

バックオフィス体制を整備し、急拡大フェーズにあるグループ全体の経営基盤を安定させることです。

  • 財務・資金戦略領域

・銀行折衝/融資戦略の立案・実行

・借入条件・保証協会・調達枠の最適化

・予実表を軸にしたCF/運転資金計画

・資金状況の報告と調達・投資判断支援

・銀行格付・信用力向上施策の実行

  • 管理部門の仕組み構築

・急成長に対応した管理部体制の再設計

・経理・労務・総務・法務の標準化推進

・月次決算/請求/支払/給与/契約の整備

・属人化を排除したオペレーション構築

・内部統制・承認ルール/管理会計基盤整備

  • 経営推進・全社統括

・財務/組織/事業の課題抽出と施策立案

・経営計画/資金繰り/事業別KPI策定支援

・代表直下での意思決定サポート

・各部門の数値判断を支える経営パートナー

  • 代表直下で意思決定に入れる
  • 財務+管理部の両輪を任される裁量
