【仕事内容】

高質ホテル向け室内清掃事業のM&A後、新設される子会社の「事業責任者(社長候補)」としてご活躍いただきます。

清掃現場の業務ではなく、"人・仕組み・数字"で事業を設計・運営していくポジションです。

<主な業務内容>

・清掃事業全体の統括・運営

・クライアント(ホテル)との折衝、品質基準の策定

・清掃オペレーション設計と改善

・外国人スタッフ(主にミャンマー人)を含む組織マネジメント

・収支管理、利益構造の構築、KPI設計

・分社化後の代表就任を見据えた経営準備全般

・サービス業、施設運営、ホテル業界などの現場理解

給与:

年俸制:1,000万円〜1,500万円(12分割/月給83万〜125万円)

※賞与年2回(インセンティブ含む)

※入社3年目で年収1,000〜1,500万円の実績あり

・賞与年2回(4月・10月/実績に応じ歩合支給)

∟入社4年目:120万円/回、入社9年目:1,500万円/回の支給実績あり

・昇給年1回

・交通費支給(月上限2万円)
