職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 財務モデリングとは分析対象となる企業、事業または事象を抽象化して収益構造を分析し、Excelなどのツール上で四則演算などを通じて再現した上でシミュレーションを行い、意思決定やコミュニケーションの基礎とする一連のプロセスのことです。財務モデリングの結果、財務モデルが構築されます。
実務の現場では、企業価値創造に向けて定量的な裏付けのある意思決定を行うために、マクロ経済データや様々な専門家のインプット等を基礎に財務モデルを構築し、財務三表、リスク・リターン指標、その他各種KPI等をアウトプットします。
様々な専門家のハブとしての役割を果たしながら、目的に応じて、高い透明性と柔軟性、正確性を兼ね備えた財務モデルを構築するためには、経験豊富な財務モデリングの専門家が必要となります。
PwCアドバイザリーのモデリングチームでは、戦略策定・評価、M&A、事業計画策定、プロジェクトファイナンス等の様々な局面において、モデルを用いた定量分析とそれに基づくインサイトを提供し、企業価値向上に向けたクライアントの意思決定と経営管理の高度化を支援しています。
【Manager以下の組織構成について】
Manager, Senior Associate, Associateで採用された方々は『Deals Execution Team(DET)』への配属となります。
Dealsでは、社会におけるValue Creationを図ることをVisionとしており、Visionを達成するには高い専門性だけではなく、
経営に関する重要な課題に関して広く知見を有することが重要と考えています。
DETは、広い知見を獲得することを1つの目的として、自身の専門分野だけではなく他の専門分野にも興味をもち、
様々なプロジェクトに参加いただくことで個人のキャリアを広げる場として設立されました。
登録資格 Qualification
・財務モデリングビジネスへの強い意欲
・様々な専門性を持つメンバーから必要な情報を説明・収集できる方(コミュニケーション力)
・M&A、事業計画策定、プロジェクトファイナンス等の場面におけるモデリング業務経験
・[Manager] 2年以上(目安)
・[Senior Associate] 1年以上(目安)
・[Associate] 未経験可(モデリングスキル・職歴・学歴・資格・その他のご経験に基づき総合判断)
・財務(バリュエーションを含む)・会計・税務に関する基本的な知識。
・公認会計士・USCPA・CFA・CMAがあれば尚可
・日本語能力(ビジネスレベル以上)
・英語 (尚可)勤務地 Work Location
