PwC Japan有限責任監査法人 金融事業部 保険アドバイザリーグループ(IAG)は、保険会社を主なクライアントとして、幅広いアドバイザリーサービスを提供しています。近年、国際的な保険会計基準の改正や金融規制の変化、保険会社のクロスボーダー案件の増加、サステナビリティ関連規制への対応により、IAGの業務領域は拡大しています。最近では、国際会計基準などの各種会計基準への対応支援、内部統制高度化支援に加えて、保険会社の設立支援やサステナビリティ領域での取組検討支援等の業務を提供する機会に恵まれ、2012年7月のグループ発足以降、売上・人員ともに大きく増加しています。このように多様化する保険会社のアジェンダに対応するために、公認会計士のみならず、保険会社における実務経験やプロジェクト管理経験といった会計以外のスキルを持った多様なメンバーで構成しています。一方、拡大する当グループの業務領域に対応するために、様々な領域の経験を有するメンバーの加入が急務だと考えています。
【業務内容一例】
- 資産運用機能のグループ内再編支援
保険資産の運用の高度化が求められる中、保険会社は自社グループ内の運用機能の強化や業務効率化を進めています。IAGはこの様な強化・効率化の取組みに関し、課題解決支援を行っています。具体的には、グループ内の特定の会社への運用機能の集約や海外の資産運用現地法人の新設・統廃合などのプロジェクトの支援を行っています。
- 有価証券バック業務のアウトソーシング支援
保険資産の運用高度化が求められる結果、保険会社の資産運用の大部分を担う有価証券投資のバック業務に対する負荷が高まっています。この課題を解決するために、一般的な有価証券バック業務をアウトソースし、有価証券バック人材の負荷を低減したうえで、このリソースをバック業務の高度化に振り向ける動きがあります。IAGはこの様な検討においても、課題解決支援を行います。

【年収・給与】
- 予定年収:530万円~1,300万円月額(基本給):290,000円~860,000円固定残業手当/月:77,700円~150,000円(固定残業時間30時間0分/月)超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給固定残業代は月30時間分を含む

- 主な事業内容:
・財務諸表監査
企業の財務諸表が会計基準に基づき適正に作成されているかを検証し、投資家やステークホルダーに対する信頼性を担保する監査業務を提供。
・内部統制監査
財務報告に係る内部統制の整備・運用状況を評価し、企業のガバナンスやリスク管理体制の強化を支援する。
・その他保証業務(アシュアランスサービス)
会計・財務領域に限らず、ガバナンス、コンプライアンス、業務プロセス、システムなどに関する保証業務を通じて、企業活動の透明性向上に貢献する。
・財務報告アドバイザリー
制度変更や会計基準対応、財務報告プロセスの高度化などについて専門的な助言を行い、正確かつ効率的な情報開示を支援する。
・リスク・ガバナンス関連サービス
全社的リスクマネジメントやデジタルガバナンスなど、複雑化する経営環境に対応した統制・管理体制の構築を支援する。
・フォレンジック・不正対応支援
不正調査、データ分析、デジタルフォレンジックなどを通じて、不正リスクへの対応や再発防止をサポートする。
