【職務概要】

IT戦略企画部において、AI-CoE(Center of Excellence)の立ち上げ及び運営を担当いただきます。全社的なAI活動の推進役として、各部門からのAI技術支援、AIの選定支援、教育支援、ベンダー連携などをスピーディに進め、開発プロジェクトのイニシエートとサポートを行います。

【職務詳細】

■AI-CoE立上げ及び運営(体制確立)

目標の設定とスコープの定義
リソースと人材の確保
技術スタックの選定と導入
プロセスの確立と文書化
コミュニケーションと教育の戦略

※立上げ後は年間計画に基づき、運営事務局を担当

【個別活動】

■各事業部門、IT部門、各AI導入プロジェクトからのAI技術支援

■AI選定支援、教育支援、ベンダー連携

【利用ツール】

・データ分析 : Google Big Query、Microsoft PowerBI

・AI:Amazon Bedrock、Google Cloud AI Platform、Microsoft Azure Machine Learning他

■働き方:海外含め出張あり

【給与】

年収:900万~1200万程度

月給制:月額460000円

給与:■経験、スキル等を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(3月・9月) ※2024年度実績5.20ヶ月

昇給:年1回 (1月)

大江戸線「汐留」駅より徒歩1分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所
