Success Architect は Salesforce 製品に関する技術的な専門性に加えてアーキテクチャや技術戦略についての広い知見を持ち、私たちのお客様が Salesforce 製品を最大限に活用してビジネス価値を実現していただくためにプロアクティブ・リアクティブの両面にわたりご支援を提供するロールです。Success Architect は私たちのお客様の中でも特に Signature Success Plan 契約をお持ちのお客様に対して、自分自身の持つスキルだけでなく Salesforce がグローバルに持つノウハウやベストプラクティスも駆使しながら、お客様が技術面・ビジネス面の課題を解決していくためのアドバイスを行います。
私たちは、以下の Salesforce の多様な製品について実証可能な 1 つまたは複数のスキルと経験を持つ Success Architect を募集しています。特に Core Platform(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Platform 等) のでスキルと経験を本ポジションでは必須とし、 加えて今後の AI/Agentforce の領域で必要となる Data Cloud や AI/Agentforce に関するスキルや知識、経験をお持ちの方を歓迎しますが、担当いただく製品の範囲は限りません。

責任
- お客様に Salesforce の製品とその機能を実装する際のベストプラクティスを提供します。
- お客様の技術的な問題に関して専門的なアドバイス(推奨事項)を提供します。
- お客様がご利用の Salesforce 環境に導入すべき監視指標(パフォーマンス等)についてのアドバイスと分析レポートを提供します。
- お客様が機能の廃止 (End of Life) などの Salesforce 製品の主要な変更に備えるのを支援します。
- お客様がご利用の Salesforce 環境のアーキテクチャを評価するレビューボードに参加します。
- Salesforce にとって戦略的な製品や機能の利用をお客様に促進します。
- 製品マネジメント部門から提供される製品の重要な情報をキャッチし、それをもとにお客様や Salesforce 社内の関係チームにとって有益なアセット(ベストプラクティス、ナレッジ、FAQ 等)を作成します。
必要なスキルと経験
- 次の領域の広範囲な経験(特に Salesforce またはそれに関係するアプリケーションに関するものであることが望ましい): コンサルティング、テクニカルサポート、アカウントマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント
- お客様の視点に立って課題にアプローチする経験
- 3 年以上の Salesforce Core Platform 製品に関わる業務経験
- Salesforce Core Platform 製品の機能と、その適切な使い方や運用に関する深い知識(Salesforce 製品だけでなく、3rd Party ソリューションとのインテグレーションを含む)
- 大規模かつ技術的に高度で、常に製品機能の課題を抱えているようなお客様に対応した経験
- お客様の役員クラスも含めてあらゆるレベルの立場の方に対して信頼されるように効果的にコミュニケーションし、価値を示し、影響を与える能力と実績
- 困難でプレッシャーのかかる状況においても、複数のタスクに対して優先順位づけし効果的に実行できる能力
- 技術的なコンセプトを分析しそれをビジネスの言葉に置き換える能力、および技術的な機能をビジネスの要件にマッピングできる能力
- クラウドコンピューティング(マルチテナント)の世界におけるデータベース、アプリケーション、ネットワーク技術についての理解
- 相手に合わせてメッセージの抽象度・具体度を適切にコントロールしてコミュニケーションできる能力
- 新しい技術や機能について継続的に学ぼうとする積極的な姿勢
- 高いモチベーションを保ち、自発的・自立的に業務を遂行する能力
- 部門・職位を超えて協力する姿勢・能力
