■職務内容

・モレスキン製品の接客販売、売上予算の達成、人材管理

・在庫管理等、販売に付随する業務全般

・CRM登録促進、分析、顧客との関係性強化

■応募条件

・ファッション、文具、雑貨等での小売経験年数 2年以上かつ少なくとも1年のマネジメント経験

■歓迎条件

・CRM/英語または中国語/VMDスキル

・柔軟性、積極性、コミュニケーション能力、学習意欲、責任感、顧客第一の姿勢、自身が手本になって行動できる、基礎的なPCスキル、基礎的なVMDスキル

■Job Description

・Customer service and sales of Moleskine products, achieving sales targets, and managing personnel

・General tasks related to sales, including inventory management

・Promoting CRM registration, analysis, and strengthening relationships with customers

■Qualifications

・At least 2 years of retail experience in fashion, stationery, or miscellaneous goods, with at least 1 year of management experience

■Preferred Qualifications

・CRM experience, proficiency in English or Chinese, VMD skills

■Ideal Candidate

・Flexibility, proactivity, communication skills, willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, customer-first attitude, ability to lead by example, basic PC skills, basic VMD skills
