■業務内容
自社(大手飲料メーカー)向けのSAP生産領域もしくは購買領域のシステム開発・運用保守業務をチームメンバー(ご経験によってはチームリーダー)としてお任せします。
★使用モジュール:PP, MM / Ariba
<開発業務>
案件内容および、ご経験により以下の役割をお任せします。
- プロジェクトマネージャーとして、プロジェクト計画の立案、プロジェクト管理
- チームリーダーとして、所属チームにおける品質管理や進捗管理
- メンバーとして、開発プロジェクトの各工程※の実行
※プロジェクトにより、下流工程(詳細設計・製造・単体テスト)中心に担当、上流工程(要件定義、外部設計、導入)中心に担当、全工程を担当する・・・など様々なパターンがあります。
<運用保守業務>
ご経験により、システム運用リーダー、もしくはメンバーとして実行・推進いただきます。
- ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応
- 障害発生時の根本原因調査、暫定対応及び、恒久対応策検討・実施
- ユーザー部門との折衝
- 業務運用改善提案、および改善対応
- システム運用課題対応
- ※プログラム実装でスキルを積みたい方には、運用保守の中で、小規模改修の実装やテストをする機会もあります。
■働き方について
- ハイブリッド勤務(リモートワークと本社出社の組み合わせ)
- 現在、チームの出社頻度は週1~3日程度となっております。
■応募必須資格
- SAPアプリケーション領域(SD, MM, PP, FI, CO いずれか)、もしくは「Ariba」の導入・開発・運用経験 2年以上目安
もしくは、
- 生産管理・購買管理アプリケーションの開発・運用経験 2年以上目安
《リーダーの役割を担っていただく方》
- 開発プロジェクトにおけるPMもしくはチームリーダー経験
- 運用保守におけるチームリーダー経験

- SAP認定コンサルタント資格保有(SD, MM, PP, FI, CO いずれか)
- SCMに関する業務知見
- PMBOK・ITIL等、体系的な知識に準拠した開発・保守・運用スキル

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
