当社が保有・管理する不動産に関する事務業務をお任せします。

現在、仲介業者へ委託している業務を自社内で完結する体制を整えるための募集です。

・賃貸・売買契約書の作成

・重要事項説明書の作成および説明

・物件管理に関する事務対応

・各種契約手続き(更新・解約 等)

・関係書類の管理・整理

・その他附随する業務

現在、不動産部門の事務の担っている社員が2名在籍しているので、子育て中の方も学校行事や子供さんの体調不良などのお休みも取りやすい環境です。

求める人材:

・Excel・Wordが使える最低限のPCスキルがある方

・管理会社・仲介会社での事務経験

・宅地建物取引士資格保有者

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

8:30~17:00 実働7時間45分/休憩45分

【残業時間】

残業月平均5時間となっており、残業にならないような仕組みを整えております。

また、みんなで助け合い残業を減らすように整えております。

週休2日制(土日祝休み、土曜は会社カレンダーによる)

有給休暇10日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数)

年間休日122日

有給休暇奨励日5日(最低5日以上は有給を取得していただきます)
