<仕事内容>

売買・賃貸・管理から開発用地の仕入れまで、

幅広く担当します。 弊社はオールマイティな

不動産会社ですので、あなたが今まで培ってきた

「得意な分野」を活かして働いてください。

・開発用地の仕入れ(農地・山林など)

・事業用物件(倉庫・工場・宅地)の仲介

・地域のお客様からの売買相談対応

・各種契約書類・事業計画書の作成など

・開発事業(分譲宅地・資材置場・駐車場など)

も行っております。

営業範囲は地元稲美町を中心に、車で1時間圏内

の隣接市町村までが多いです。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

・普通自動車運転免許

・宅地建物取引士(旧:宅地建物取引主任者)

・長期在職者の定年引退による急募のため、

5年以上の不動産業経験者(引継可能者)

に限定させて頂きます。

勤務時間・曜日:

年間休日:128日(不動産業では珍しい土日祝休み♪)

所定労働:237日÷12=月平均19.75日

労働日 :平日5日勤務(月曜~金曜)

休暇日 :お盆・GW・年末年始などの休暇もあり♪

就業時間:9時00分~18時30分(実働8h)

休憩 :1.5h(15分+60分+15分)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥75,000〜¥90,000(35時間相当分)を含む。35時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【月額給与】35~45万円(A+B+C)※Dは別途

A基本給 :25~33万円

B固定残業代 :7.5~9万円(35時間を超える部分は別途支給)

C車両持込手当:1万円(自家用車を営業に使う場合)

※社用車にて通勤・営業する事も可能です。(要相談)

※通勤及び営業に用する燃料費は

会社支給のカードで給油頂きます。

D歩合出来高給

担当した案件の、仲介手数料・事業(PJ)利益

工事受注利益などを半期毎に算定し、年2回の賞与に上乗せ支給します。

【賞与】

年2回(8月・12月):月給1ヵ月相当(過去実績)+D/ 回

【昇給】

昇給制度あり(毎年4月算定)※本人成果・会社業績による
