総務担当として、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
- ファシリティマネジメント
東西本社のオフィス改革後の運用最適化に向けた施策の企画・実行
オフィスルールの改善、安全・防災対策、設備・什器・レイアウトの見直しなど
- 安全・安心な職場環境づくり
安全衛生委員会の事務局運営
社員向けの安全教育・啓発、防災訓練の企画・実施
大規模災害時の対応計画の策定
- 全社イベント・行事の企画・運営
創立40周年記念イベントの企画・実行(2026年12月予定)
株主総会、取締役会、従業員向け決算説明会などの全社行事の事務局業務
- 総務業務全般
本社賃貸借契約関連、東京事業場安全衛生委員会事務局、
固定資産管理、入館カード管理、下請法対応など

就業時間
9:00~17:30(実働7.5時間/休憩60分)
※残業あり
※フレックスタイム制度あり
※在宅勤制度あり(上限週3日・月10日まで)
総務部門は出社が多めです。
