どの店舗でも「料理」「空間」「サービス」を追求し、お客さまを笑顔にできるお店づくりに尽力しております。

当社では、現在約2000名の従業員が各店舗にて活躍中。

今回は、ブランドの成長促進や店舗運営のサポートで会社を支える「ブランド人事マネージャー」を募集します

主な業務業務内容

組織拡大に伴い、複数店舗の人・数字・運営を横断的にマネジメントし、成果につなげるポジションを募集

以下のような業務のほか「ブランド人事」チームのマネジメントもお任せします。

<実務全般>

・担当ブランド・複数店舗の運営管理

・店舗オペレーションの品質管理・改善

・本部方針・施策の現場への周知

・人事・労務情報の提供

・人員配置・採用・定着のサポート

・課題店舗の立て直し、改善施策の実行

・各店舗のトラブル対応

・各店舗MTG etc.

<マネジメント>

成長フェーズの会社のため、まだまだ基盤づくりが必要な段階です。

今回のポジションはグループの店舗運営や人にとって要となる役割を担っています。

会社やチーム内で起こることにアンテナをはりながら、仕事を進めていただける方を求めています。

組織体制

現在の人事部は、全体で20名程のメンバーで構成されています。

「労務」「採用」「人材開発」「ダイバー」等、店舗運営に必要なほとんどの部署が同じオフィス内にあるので、日々協力しあいながら業務に取り組んでます。

完全な縦割りではなく、時に担当を兼任したり、担当外の分野であっても協力しながら推進しています。

虎ノ門のオフィスは店舗同様洗練されたデザインが特徴。大きめの会議室があったり、zoom用のプライベートルームがあったりと、働きやすさを詰め込んだオフィスです。

資格


【必須】

  • SVの実務経験をお持ちの方
  • 管理職経験をお持ちの方

【歓迎】

  • 飲食業界、サービス業界でのご経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金・祝

・勤務時間:

[1] 09:00~18:00

[2] 10:00~19:00

※勤務時間は上記がベースとなりますが、業務内容に応じてご自分でコントロールしていただきます。

  • 在宅勤務可(週1~2回)
  • 月1回程度、土曜出勤あり(平日振替休日)

休日

週休2日休み(土・日)

給与


月給 35万円~50万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり4万5620円~6万5000円(固定残業時間:20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

※試用期間3カ月/期間中も同条件

※給与額はこれまでのご経験能力に応じて決定いたします。

※管理職レイヤーとしての採用の場合は残業代はなしとなります

※昇給あり

※賞与年2回(2年目より査定対象/業績連動)

交通費:交通費支給

1日支給上限/1,000円

月額支給上限/2万円
