仕事内容:

◎太陽光発電設備や蓄電池設置工事を

中心とした施工管理業務をお任せします。

▼具体的には

・工程/安全/品質の管理

・協力業者との調整、現場での指示出し

・定例会での進捗報告、安全指針共有

・施工管理技士の育成支援対象にも

現場での施工に集中できるよう、

勤務時間・曜日:

【1年単位の変形労働時間制】

・8:00〜18:00(実働8時間)

・8:00〜19:00(実働9時間)

※休憩2時間(業務状況により変動あり)

※週平均40時間以内

・週休2日制(土日/休日出勤時は代休取得)

・年末年始(2024年実績:9日)

・GW(2024年実績:4日)

月給:320,000円〜500,000円
