Japanese businesses face the added challenge of ensuring they optimize the performance and structure of their domestic and off shore operations to enable future growth.

SaTのTurnaround and Restructuring Strategy (TRS)チームは、様々な分野のプロフェッショナルによって構成されており、資金繰りや流動性対応を必要とする企業に対する金融機関や株主との交渉等の緊急対応支援から、企業を窮境に陥らせた本質的な経営課題を特定することにより抜本的な財務/事業再構築の提案、経営戦略、事業戦略・組織戦略、商品開発・販売戦略等の策定・実行・定着化支援までトータルにサポートします。

TRS solves urgent and important business problems at all stages of the business lifecycle. By providing hands-on leadership and industry expertise, and deploying dedicated restructuring and turnaround methodologies, we drive rapid performance improvement to halt decline and/or accelerate business performance.

  • 業務内容 / RESPONSIBILITIES

TRSチームには大きく3つの主要サービスがあります。We have three services.

■事業再生 / Financial Restructuring

■クロスボーダー/Cross Border

■バリュークリエイション/Value Creation

・事業会社、金融機関へのさまざまな業務改善ならびに事業再構築にかかわる

アドバイザリーサービス

・企業/事業の環境/現状/実態の調査・分析および課題の検討・解決策の追求

・企業の運転資本およびビジネスプロセスの管理状況の調査・分析を踏まえた、

最適化などの諸施策の立案/実行の支援

・企業の内部管理体制の現状を踏まえた資金計画の策定支援

・事業再構築計画の内容検証、策定・実行支援

・傷んだ本業を立て直すための、企業の各戦略(商品戦略、販売戦略、組織戦略など)

およびビジネスプロセスの見直しと、それらの実行支援

・バリュークリエイションの診断、デザイン、実行

・Provide business improvement and restructuring related advisory services to

corporates and financial services clients

・Research and analysis of company's current status and environment; and

provide solutions to current issues and challenges

・Research and analysis of company's working capital and management conditions

of business processes; and provide / execute solutions to optimize client's

challenges

・Plan, support, and develop client's working capital

・Verify, develop, and execute restructuring plans

・Review client's strategy (product strategy, sales strategy, corporate strategy)

and business processes in order to revamp client's main business.

・Diagnose, Design, and Execution of Value Creation

/ Required Experience And Qualifications
・以下のいずれかのご経験を有する方

  • 金融機関や一般事業会社、戦略系もしくは会計事務所系コンサルティングファームに

おける企業/事業再編・再生分野での実務経験、もしくは財務・会計に関連する実務経験

・問題解決、プロジェクトマネジメント、ファシリテーション、対人スキルが

優れている方

・財務、金融法務 (企業再生を含む) の知識

・日本語力(ネイティブレベル相当)

・優れたExcel、Power Point スキル

・以下のご経験をお持ちの方は優遇

・業界、製品、マーケット、競合他社、顧客の詳細なアセスメントを行い、リスクや

オポチュニティを特定できるスキルを持つ方

・定量的、定性的分析に強い方、事業戦略を財務業績に結び付けることができるスキル

を持つ方

・英語が堪能な方(ビジネスレベル相当以上の方)。

・Hands-on experience in corporate/business restructuring and revitalization at

financial institutions, corporations, strategic or accounting firm type

consulting firms

・Excellent communication skills

・Knowledge in finance and finance law (including corporate revitalization)

・Japanese is a must (native level)

・Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point

・Experience As Follows Are Preferable

  • Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets,

competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and the ability to link

business strategy to financial performance.

  • Proficient in English, including the ability to listen, understand, read and

communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a

professional environment.

  • 戦略系もしくは会計事務所系コンサルティングファームにおける企業/事業再編・再生

分野の業務経験、もしくは類似する業務経験(3年以上の経験が望ましい)

  • 金融機関や一般事業会社における経営企画部門・財務部門・リスク管理部門などでの

取引先・投資先の経営分析、事業計画立案、リスク管理(与信判断など)の業務経験

(3年以上の経験が望ましい)

  • Hands-on or similar experiences in corporate/business restructuring and

revitalization at strategic or accounting firm type consulting firms

(3+year experience is desirable)

  • Experience in financial/business analysis, strategy/business planning, and/or

risk management (e.g. credit analysis) at Business Planning Div., Financial

Div., and/or Risk management Div. in corporations and financial institutions

(3+year experience is desirable)

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant restructuring / distressed experience in

a professional service, consulting firm, or interim management environment.

  • Corporate and/or trading company experience in senior management,

operational and/or strategy roles involving global / international /

cross border operations are welcomed.

  • Must bring demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to grow and

manage a team. Candidate will be able to attract, build, mentor and direct

a high-performing cohesive team.

  • Proven client development and ability to manage and grow accounts.

Strategically qualify and approach current and prospective clients, assess and

define their needs, and respond with relevant restructuring services that

are revenue-generating and relationship-enhancing.

  • Has experience in working with and building domestic and global accounts,

and in developing new prospects at the "C suite" level.

  • Demonstrable sector expertise that aligns with one or more of targeted

practice areas.

  • Proficient in both English and Japanese, including the ability to listen,

understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally,

in a professional environment.
