Entry qualifications

- Have skills for office suite, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. (Ability to operate PC is required.)

- Experience operating oscilloscopes and other measurement equipment.

- Are capable of communicating in English or Japanese. (Japanese is used for communication with members in the team you are assigned to.)

- Ability to communicate in Chinese is desirable.

- Have basic knowledge of electric circuits.

In the field of Programmable Display Device (HMI) for FA and Industrial PC (IPC):

1. Failure analysis and reliability control of HMI hardware (Osaka city)

2. Detailed root cause investigation and reproduction test of HMI hardware failures (Izumiotsu city in Osaka prefecture)

Business content

1. Product failure analysis of HMI hardware

- Checking symptoms of products returned from markets, performing reproduction tests and investigation for defective points

- Investigating root cause of defect of mounted circuit boards (PCBAs) using circuit diagrams

- Making requests for defect investigation to component suppliers and following up

- Making investigation reports

- Communicate with relevant departments based on analysis report results

2. Reliability control

- Investigating new technologies and making reports

- Documenting the knowledge gained by failure analysis

Intern Period

At any time in a minimum of six months and a maximum of twelve months

2. 信頼性管理業務
