This role involves creating a compelling company introduction video and a series of property showcase videos for a real estate development firm with properties in Osaka and Hokkaido, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site filming over a 7-8 day period between late January and February, capturing both exterior and interior footage of various properties. Working independently, you will use a provided reference video and storyboard to guide the shoot, ensuring all footage meets high standards suitable for marketing and company use. Final edited videos are expected to be delivered within three months of filming.

Responsibilities

• Film a 2-minute company introduction video and multiple short property showcase videos on location in Osaka and Hokkaido
• Capture high-quality exterior and interior footage of residential and commercial properties
• Work from a provided storyboard and reference video to ensure alignment with project vision
• Operate independently on-site, managing all aspects of the shoot including lighting, sound, and equipment setup
• Edit and deliver polished final video files suitable for marketing and company presentations
• Adhere to project timelines, with all deliverables due within three months of filming
• Communicate progress and address any challenges promptly to ensure project success

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing, ideally within real estate or property marketing
• Proficient with professional video equipment, lighting, and audio capture
• Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on location for up to a week
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and visual presentation
• Must be available for on-site work in Osaka and Hokkaido, Japan, during the specified period
• Professional communication skills in English; Japanese language skills are a plus
