仕事内容:

■業務概要

建設業をはじめとする屋外で働く人々の「安全」を守るため

最新のウェアラブル製品を提案する法人営業の仕事です。

扱うのは、熱中症対策に特化したスマートウォッチ型デバイス。

体調をリアルタイムに見守ることで、現場で働く人の命を守る大切な役割を担います。

特許を取得したウェアラブルデバイスは、大手製造・物流企業で導入されています

医科大学と3年に渡り猛暑環境下で熱中症のデータ取得を行い

世界で初めて脈波のみで深部体温の変化を推定できるアルゴリズムの開発に成功しました

新プロジェクトのスタートメンバーとして、

20代・30代を中心に若手が活躍できるチームを立ち上げます。

営業経験は問いません。人柄を重視しています。

「挑戦したい」「自分を成長させたい」その気持ちがあれば歓迎です。

未経験からキャリアを広げていける仕組みも整っていますので、

営業マネージャーへのチャレンジも可能です。

入社後は製品に関する研修があるので、事前知識等も必要ありません。

■営業スタイル

営業経験は不問

電話や展示会を通じたアポイント取得から、オンライン商談、受注までを一貫してご担当いただきます。

全国の企業に提案できるため、多様な業界のキーパーソンと接点を持ちながら経験を積めます。

■具体的な業務内容

1日の業務の流れ

●9:00:出社

→展示会がある期間は名刺交換を行った企業様へのアプローチがメインです。

(1日平均2商談)

→展示会がない期間は新規アポ取りが1日のメイン業務です。

日中の電話がつながる時間帯は企業様へ架電を行い、アポイントメントを獲得します。

●17:30以降:架電対象リスト分析&明日の準備。

●18:00:退社

平日9時~18時

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制 土日祝休み

しっかり休めてプライベートの予定も立てやすいです

勤務地:

大手町駅(東京メトロ)から徒歩1~2分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,650(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
