店舗デザイン・内装施工の工程管理アシスタント募集

工程管理アシスタントは、

予算・工程・資材・人の動きを整理し、現場がスムーズに進む状態をつくる仕事です。

設計図が、実際の店舗になっていく過程を、実務の中で学べます。

仕事内容

店舗建築や内装デザインを手がける会社で、工程管理業務のアシスタントを担当していただきます。

メインは「予算管理」「工程管理」のサポート。現場と設計をつなぎ、支える役割です。

<具体的には>

  • 施工スケジュールの計画、管理

  • 工事が予定通り進むように、進行状況を確認し調整。

  • 設計スタッフ、職人さんとの打ち合わせ参加

  • 工事内容の確認、必要な材料や資材の確認と手配準備。

  • 資材の発注、調達 施工の進行に合わせて資材を発注。

  • 場合によっては現地で直接調達。

  • 書類、資料の作成と整理

  • 見積書や工事関連書類の作成、管理。

  • チーム内での情報共有も含む。

  • 施工の工程確認、調整

  • 現場の状況を見ながら、無理のない進行を。

・小さな担当業務を、期限と品質を意識してやり切る

・希望に応じて、施工管理を目指す道も選べる

(アシスタントとして専門性を深める選択も歓迎)

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし
