AS PART OF OUR RETAIL TEAMS
Polène boutiques embody our brand's universe and attract a high-end international clientele. By applying for this position, you will join a dynamic retail environment where passion for luxury leather goods and strong operational excellence are essential.
Due to the high traffic and premium positioning of our Ginza Six store, we are looking for experienced and highly organized professionals.
Your Responsibilities
Creator of the Polène Experience
Manage inbound and outbound product flows, including unpacking deliveries, applying stock procedures, and organizing storage areas while maintaining optimal stockroom presentation and efficiency
Maintain close communication with headquarters procurement teams, reporting inventory updates and supporting daily communication with the sales team regarding overstock or stock shortages
Act as a key link between the sales floor and stockroom by preparing and providing requested items efficiently to support the client experience
Contributor to Store Performance
Oversee stock management within the Ginza Six boutique, including inventory control, replenishment coordination, stock reception, and organization of storage capacity
Prepare and monitor inter-store product transfers while ensuring clear communication within the stock team
Support and participate in both cycle counts and annual inventories, analyze discrepancies when needed, and conduct product searches using Maison tools
Remain versatile across operational tasks, developing strong knowledge of all product categories
Be proactive in suggesting operational improvements aligned with store objectives
Our Expectations
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar stock or operations role, ideally within luxury retail or leather goods
Strong autonomy, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
Genuine sensitivity to craftsmanship, product excellence, and the Polène universe
Collaborative team spirit and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle urgent situations calmly and propose solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

主な業務内容
Polène体験を支える役割
商品の入出荷管理(開梱、納品プロセス対応、在庫整理および保管スペースの最適化)
本社の購買・供給チームと連携し、在庫状況の共有や販売チームとの日々の情報連携(過剰在庫・欠品情報など)
販売フロアとストックの橋渡し役として、顧客要望に応じた商品の迅速な準備・提供
店舗パフォーマンスへの貢献
Ginza Six店における在庫管理全般(棚卸、補充、入荷対応、保管スペース管理)
店舗間商品移動の準備および管理、情報共有の推進
循環棚卸・年次棚卸への参加、差異分析および商品検索サポート
店舗業務に柔軟に対応しながら、全カテゴリーの商品知識を深める
業務改善やアクションプランの提案
応募要件
ラグジュアリーまたはリテール業界におけるストック・オペレーション職での実務経験4年以上
自律性が高く、変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる方
製品やクラフツマンシップへの関心をお持ちの方
チームワークを重視し、協調性のある方
緊急対応力および問題解決力をお持ちの方
