アシスタントストアマネージャーとして、ストアマネージャーを日々サポートしながら、チームマネジメントおよび売上成長の推進に携わっていただきます。また、店舗運営全般にも関わり、円滑なオペレーションと高いパフォーマンスに貢献していただきます。

主な業務内容
1)ビジネスディベロップメント(売上・顧客開拓)

• ストアマネージャーと連携し、売上を主体的に管理しながら、売上向上およびチームワーク強化のためのアクションプランやプロセスを実行する
• 旗艦店においてPolèneと製品の卓越性を体現する
• 優れた顧客体験を提供し、その品質を常に維持する
• 新規顧客獲得に向けたマーケット機会の発見に参画する
• プレミアムCRMの導入・運用を率先して推進する

2)ストアマネジメント(店舗運営)

• 店舗運営および戦略的課題について本社チームと連携し、オペレーショナル・エクセレンスを構築・維持する
• ストックチームと協力し在庫管理をサポートし、必要事項を購買担当者へ適切に共有する
• 修理、保証、返品、交換などを含むカスタマーサービスプロセスの最適化に貢献し、効率と顧客満足度を最大化する

3)チームマネジメント(人材育成・組織づくり)

• PolèneのメゾンDNAを体現する、協調的で前向きかつ調和の取れた職場環境を育む
• チームのトレーニングニーズを把握し、Retail Excellence & Training Managerと連携して育成を推進する
• 業務に必要なタスクを網羅できるよう、スタッフ配置およびシフト管理を最適化する

応募要件

• ラグジュアリーブランドでの5年以上の経験
• ラグジュアリーストアにおける1年以上のマネジメント経験
• 優れたリーダーシップとチームマネジメント力を持ち、メンバーをまとめ、 प्रेर प्रेरし、導ける方
• ビジネス開発、パフォーマンス管理、組織運営における高いスキル
• 英語が堪能な方(他言語ができれば尚可)
• Microsoft Officeの基本スキル

Position: Assistant Store Manager (Flagship Boutique)
Polène boutiques represent the brand's universe and attract a high-end, international clientele. Our flagship store requires experienced individuals who are committed to providing premium service and creating memorable customer experiences.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, contribute to team management, and help drive sales performance. You will also play an important role in ensuring smooth store operations and maintaining high standards across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Support the Store Manager in managing sales performance and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Polène's brand standards
• Represent Polène's values and product excellence within the flagship boutique
• Assist in identifying opportunities to attract and develop new clientele
• Contribute to the effective use of premium CRM practices
• Store Operations
• Collaborate with headquarters teams on operational and strategic matters to maintain store excellence
• Support stock management in coordination with the stock team and communicate needs to the Procurement function
• Help optimize in-store customer service processes, including repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges
• Team Support & Development
• Foster a positive and professional team environment that reflects the DNA of Maison Polène
• Identify training needs and work closely with the Retail Excellence & Training Manager
• Support staff scheduling and daily organization to ensure smooth store operations
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Contribute to motivating the team through daily communication and engagement

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience within a luxury retail environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Solid business mindset, organizational skills, and performance awareness
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
