【具体的な仕事内容】

■業務概要:
当部署は、ブランドの認知拡大とファンの増加を目的としています。ターゲット層に対してブランドの魅力を効果的に伝え、信頼性とブランドロイヤルティを高めることを使命としています。
■担当業務:
主にオウンドメディアの運用・SNS運用業務全般をご担当いただきます。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
(1)公式SNSの運用
・Instagram、Facebook、Twitter、LINEなどの公式アカウントの管理と運用
・定期的な投稿(写真、動画、ストーリーズ)
・コメントやメッセージへの対応
・フォロワーの分析とエンゲージメント向上施策の実施
(2)インスタライブの準備、運用
・ライブ配信の企画、準備
・商品紹介やイベント情報の発信
・ゲストの調整やリハーサルの実施
・ライブ配信後のフォローアップ
(3)PR業務全般
・キャンペーンの企画・実施:オンライン・オフライン両方でのキャンペーンの企画立案と実施
・イベントの企画・運営:新商品発表会、ポップアップショップ、ファッションショーなどのイベントの企画・運営
・プレスリリースの作成・配信:新商品やブランドのニュースをメディア向けに発信
・メディアリレーション:メディアとの関係構築と維持、取材対応
・インフルエンサーマーケティング:インフルエンサーとのコラボレーション企画の立案と実施
・ダイレクトメール(DM)の作成・配信:顧客向けにブランドや商品の情報を発信
