コーポレート部門の一員として、経理及び総務領域のサポートをお願いします
当社はリモートワーク中心ですが、
来客対応や郵便物対応、書類管理などオフィスでの業務も欠かせないため、
オフィスへ出社可能な社員を募集します
オフィス出勤をしているパートスタッフと一緒に
仕事内容はきちんとお伝えしますのでご安心ください。
★オンラインコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方
★来客対応も可能な方
★経理業務のスキルアップを目指したい方

出社は週2日から相談可能。出社時間帯以外はリモート勤務の想定です
電話対応は原則ありません。
slackやmeetでのオンラインコミュニケーションが中心です。

・郵便物の受け取り、スキャン、発送
・来客対応
・契約書管理、契約書製本、押印
・資料の印刷、ファイリング
・備品、消耗品の発注、受け取り
・オフィス巡回、清掃
・行政機関での証明書取得手続き

・日次経理業務
・債務管理業務
・経費精算業務
・部門別の振替入力
・各種データの集計・チェック
・月次、四半期、年次決算のサポート業務
・各種残高のチェック・保管
・経理周辺システムの管理・運用
・マニュアルの作成・更新
・事業部門からの情報収集
・事業部門からのお問合せ対応

・フレックスタイム制
(標準労働時間8時間/日、フレキシブルタイム:5:00〜22:00)
・オフィス出勤日については9:00〜18:00の間で5時間程度の勤務が可能な方
