主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
Concurシステムの問い合わせ対応および問題解決
DAPおよびBIツールを活用したプロセス改善の推進
出張費データの分析および運用レポートの作成
グローバルチームと協力したVAT還付および報告業務
業務マニュアルおよびFAQの作成・更新
年末決算のサポート(引当金および税金調整)
- Resolve Concur system inquiries and issues
- Promote process improvement using DAP and BI tools
- Analyze T&E data and prepare operational reports
- Collaborate with global teams on VAT refunds and reporting
- Create and update operation manuals and FAQs
- Support yearend closing with accruals and tax adjustments
応募資格 / Qualifications:
企業または監査法人での会計または税務経験3年以上
会計原則の確固たる理解(日商簿記2級以上)
ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可
日本語力があれば尚可
Concurや類似の経費管理システムの経験があれば尚可
- 3+ years accounting or tax experience in corporate or audit firm
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher)
- Businesslevel English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- Japanese proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems is preferred but not mandatory
