Job Description
Responsibilities
弊社製品に関わる品質保証業務を主とし、それに付随するクレーム処理、品質管理及び、監査業務を行う。弊社で遂行されている各種プロジェクトへのクロスファンクション的なサポートも行う。また、商品開発過程で生じる品質管理に対する責務も担うこととなる。更に、弊社グローバルチームからの依頼で生じる様々なプロジェクトのサポートとして参画し、グローバルの品質改善への業務も行うと同時に、海外の委託先との協業業務にも積極的な対応が望まれる。
業務内容の指示及び、認に関しては、品質保証課員並びに、品質保証課長で管理を行う。
Key Requirement
- 分析検査機器の取り扱い
- 微生物検査方法の基礎的な知見
- 家庭レベルでの調理等で食品を扱う経験
- ワード・エクセル・Outlookの基本スキル
- エクセルやアクセスへのデータ入力
- クレーム対応に係る書類作成業務
- 製品の規格書に係る書類作成業務
- 可能であれば、ビジネス英語会話中級以上
- 在宅でのリモートワーク環境の整備
Selection Criteria:
- 4年制大学で理系専攻
- 分析検査機器の取り扱いに抵抗が無い
- 正確なデータ入力業務に対して抵抗が無い
- 日本語での正確なコミュニケーションスキル
- 可能であれば、ビジネス英語会話中級以上
- 国内および、海外への出張
