【職務概要】
当社のビジネスの発展のため、及び薬事規制動向に伴い発⽣する、業態に関わる法的要求事項について、適切なコンプ
ライアンスの取得/維持/改善/教育のLeader となる。また、顧客が当社製品の医薬品、化粧品及び医療機器を
安⼼かつ安全に使⽤して頂けるようにするため、積極的に品質保証及び安全管理活動を⾏う。
【主要職務】
- 品質保証関連業務
- S+N のQMS を維持するために、各業務の規定・⼿順書・様式等の作成・改訂、及び他部⾨への⽂書作成を推進する。また適宜教育訓練を実施する。
- 外国、国内製造業者との品質に関する取決め維持し、QMS の有効性を定期的に確認する。
- 顧客からの苦情、不具合を1営業⽇以内に製造元へ報告し、必要に応じて製造元へ製品を返却し、Investigation Letter を受領後、調査報告書を作成し営業部⾨へ提供する。
- 必要に応じて回収作業に着⼿し、関係各所と連携して実⾏する。東京都との適切なコミュニケーションを取る。
- 品質内部監査員として、QMS の内部監査を計画、実⾏、改善事項の報告、効果の確認を実施する。
- 製造元もしくは苦情起因の品質問題について出荷停⽌措置を⾏い、必要に応じて事業部と連携して改善活動を実施する。
- 定期的に外国製造業者担当者とミーティングを実施し、⽇本市場の製品品質における要望、意⾒を認識させ、必要に応じて改善を求める。
- 市販前及び市販後のリスクマネジメントを実施する。
- 安全管理関連業務
- 定期的に薬機法で定められた安全管理情報を収集する。
- 添付⽂書の新規・改訂作成に必要な情報のインプットやレビューを実施する。
- 予防的な安全管理活動を計画し実⾏する。
- 国内外の不具合/回収/⽂献・研究情報を的確に収集、分析、判断しPMDA に報告する。
- 外国製造業者担当者と情報共有を⾏い、当局への報告に必要な情報を⼊⼿する。迅速に的確な情報を当局に報告する。
- 薬事関連業務
- 薬機法の要求事項を理解し、当社の品質システム、⽂書への展開を図る。
- 標準書の新規・改訂作業をタイムリーに実施する。
- QMS 適合性調査の書⾯監査のサポートおよび実地監査に対応する。
- 製造販売業を始めとする業態の新規・更新・変更の届書を作成し、提出する。
- プロジェクト対応
- 薬機法改正、業態更新、新システム導⼊や倉庫移転等に伴う⼿順・プロセス変更へ対応するための業務を実⾏する。
【募集要件】
- 大卒以上(理学・科学・薬学・工学系など)必須、修士卒以上(薬学・生命科学・工学系など)望ましい
- 品質(QMS)、安全性情報管理、薬事関連の実務経験 3年以上必須
- 医療機器または医薬品業界での経験が望ましい
- 製造知識、ISO13485 内部監査員経験、薬剤師資格保有者も歓迎
- コンピューターリテラシー
- コンプライアンスに関する要求事項の習熟
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:業務上必要な文書の読解・作成が可能なレベル(会話力があれば尚可)
