About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and control, with a strong understanding of Japanese quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Quality Objectives: Develop and implement quality objectives and strategies for projects, focusing on upstream processes.
• Provide Consulting Services: Offer expert advice and consulting services to project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Upstream Requirements: Define and ensure compliance with upstream requirements, from external design to operational processes.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues, collaborating with project managers to address detected risks and improvement items.
• Operational Process Planning: Collaborate with departmental personnel and clients to plan and optimize operational processes.
• Quality Assurance Guidelines: Establish and maintain quality assurance guidelines and project quality control protocols.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to project members on quality assurance best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in upstream/full lifecycle project quality assurance/quality control, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Japanese Quality Standards: In-depth knowledge of Japanese quality standards and regulations.
• Quality Assessment Tools: Familiarity with quality assessment tools and techniques.
