Job Summary
Responsible for promoting Schroder products and solutions to distributors and asset management companies.
Key Responsibilities
· Propose new product to distributors, develop new marketing channels and sales promotion.
· Deliver effective presentations to clients by building strong value propositions in core investment strategies such as focused funds.
· Relationship management with mega banks, major brokers, regional banks, mid-sized brokers and asset management companies (to be assigned based on candidates' experience).
· Build positive and productive relationships with existing clients.
· Provide a high-quality client servicing to existing relationships in an accurate and timely manner.
· Keep abreast of industry developments (i.e. regulations, competition, etc.) that may have an effect on our client base.
· Responsible for the production of high-quality marketing content to support the promotion of focus products and drive brand preference for Schroders while supporting our business growth objectives in intermediary (retail clients) business.
· With channel marketing, digital marketing, and public relations functions, plans and implements fund sales promotional ideas for intermediary (retail clients) business. · Ensure there is constant measurement and analysis around the effectiveness of product campaigns and content distribution. · Ensure marketing materials fully aligned with regulatory requirement and the global brand policy. · Continuously monitor sales and redemption from clients and recommend action plan where necessary.
Qualification
· Educated to degree level or equivalent
· Industry experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Client Relationship Manager in intermediary business or financial sectors or Planning/Product department that provide investment products either/both institutional or/and retail clients. Preferably, experience of creation of client materials, e.g. product pitch book, white-papers, fund brochures (販売用資料). Holistic knowledge of regulatory requirement on client materials and fund brochures.
· Knowledge on over-all investment products, markets, marketing, especially product/fund marketing
· Skills for creating materials/content for clients with convincing story and relevant data and information of markets and products
· English: In order to capture and digest wide range of investment and market information from both internal and external resource, higher business level of English skill is required.
· CMA/CFA would be preferred
