職務内容 ■業務内容

日立ハイテクではヘルスケア関連、半導体製造装置、電子顕微鏡・分析機器など幅広い製品を製造・販売しており、ワールドワイドに世界各地のお客さまに使用して頂いております。

それら製品の据付、保守を行うために、世界各地にFSE(フィールド・サービス・エンジニア)を配置し、活躍しております。そのFSEの教育の企画・立案・運営を行います。

そして、世界各地にある現地法人と連携を取りながら仕組化と運営を推進していただきます。

現在、各拠点・製品群ごとに教育は実施されていますが、FSE教育の早期育成に向けて教育の改革を推進しております。その体制強化を目的とした募集です。

【具体的には】

ゞ軌薀廛蹈哀薀爐亡悗垢覿般 ・基礎教育プログラムの実行と改善 (基礎技術知識、技能、作業安全などサービスエンジニアとして必要な能力の育成) ・製品教育プログラムの構築と推進 (製品に使用されている技術・原理や実施する作業(据付や保守作業)などの作業の流れを学び、一人前のエンジニアとして作業ができるように育成)

に関する業務

・FSE教育専門チーム編成によるトレーニングの企画、運営

・FSE教育状況や、技術レベル情報の共有と管理

・教育プログラムや、教材・コンテンツの管理・企画・改善

トレーニング環境に関する業務

・海外含むトレーニング環境の整備(現状把握、課題抽出、改善)

・トレーニング設備の運用、配備方法方針の確立・配備の推進

■採用背景

25年度からFSE人財の教育実行フェーズに移っている状況であり、

基礎教育運営と並行してそのほか議論、構築など業務が増えるため、

増員が必要なため採用活動を行っています。

これまで、海外現地では、拠点毎にそれぞれの方法で人財の教育を行っており、同じ製品を扱っていても拠点毎に教育の方法が異なっている点が課題でした。上記課題を解決するため、また、FSEが早く技術を身に着け一人前になれるよう、各事業統括本部の製品に特化した教育関連部隊と連携をしながら全世界共通の教育プログラムの作成・実行、トレーニングの管理、トレーニングを効果的に行うための環境づくり等を行うことがミッションです。教育や育成に興味・関心のある方、大歓迎です。

■働き方

出社と在宅のハイブリッドワークです。在宅ワークについては、状況に応じて柔軟に活用している状況です。ただし、教育実施の際には事業所への立ち合いなどで出社が前提の場合もございます。

■その他

<出張/駐在に関して>

国内工場(茨城・山口・埼玉など)へ月1~2回程度出張の可能性があります。

海外現地法人への出張は年1回程度発生する可能性があります。

(主な海外現地法人:アメリカ、ドイツ、中国、韓国、台湾、シンガポール、マレーシアなど)

駐在は基本的にありません。

<業務の変更範囲>

会社の定める業務 応募資格 ■必須要件

英語での業務に抵抗感が無い方で(英語での会話・メールが発生します。目安:TOEIC600点以上)、以下いずれかに合致する方

・何かしらの装置、設備における技術的なトレーニングや教育、育成のご経験

(例:マニュアルの作成による業務体系化のご経験や後輩指導など)

・何かしらの装置、設備における知見をお持ちで教育に従事された経験をお持ちの方

(例:装置メーカーの人事部で教育・研修をご経験されている方など)

■歓迎要件

・FSE(フィールドサービスエンジニア)のご経験

└安全第一の意識を持ち、作業品質向上および顧客対応に力を入れてきた経験をお持ちの方

・弊社製品群(ヘルスケア関連、半導体製造装置、電子顕微鏡・分析機器など)の技術職(開発・品質保証なども含む)のご経験

・課題抽出および整理を行い、実行計画を立案したご経験

固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給(予定月給に業務手当は含んでおりません)

L業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

L82,500円~本給額により変動。

時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。

L30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。

※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給

正社員(試用期間 3か月間)
