<仕事内容>

パンづくりに欠かせない、

粉・酵母・ドライフルーツなど、

約3000種類の食材を扱う当社。

ベーカリーやパン教室、

個人のお客様に商品をお届けする為の

作業を中心とした業務をお任せします。

コツコツ取り組めるお仕事です。

具体的には…

  • 伝票作成・管理

注文内容をもとに紙の伝票を作成。

パターンが決まっているので、

過去の伝票を参考にすると簡単に作成できます。

  • 商品のピッキング・梱包・発送

注文書に沿って倉庫から商品を集め、

段ボールに梱包して発送。

1日60~80件を4名で分担しています。

作業のメインとなる業務です。

  • HPやSNSの更新

HPやSNSの更新、動画サイトへの動画アップ、

LINEの問い合わせ対応等を行います。

  • 在庫チェック・発注・荷受け

倉庫内の在庫数を確認し、

少なくなった商品はメーカーへ発注。

届いた商品を受け取り定位置に配置します。

また、倉庫内の整理整頓や清掃も行います。

  • お問い合わせ対応

「この食材の産地は?」等の質問に電話で対応。

分からないことは先輩に確認できるので安心です。

働きながら自然と知識は身に付きます

  • 見学対応

お仕事に慣れてきたら、倉庫の見学に訪れる

お客様のご案内をお任せします。

(1日2~3組程度)

特別なスキルは一切不要。

まずは簡単な業務からスタート

個人の習熟度によりますが、

大体3ヶ月間で基本的な業務は

1人で対応できるようになります

商品知識は少しずつ身に付けて

もらえればOK未経験者でも安心です

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

8:00~17:00(実働8h/休憩1h)

\基本は定時退社/

繁忙期である秋・冬や月末以外は、

17時の定時で退社する日がほとんど。

繁忙期でも残業は20h以内(1日1h程度)で

18時頃には退社しています。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万8000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
