【仕事内容】

アセットプランニング部(新規開拓営業)

▼役割について(※ご自身のスキル、経験に応じて調整)

・アウトバウンダー:潜在顧客に電話やEメールでアプローチし、関係構築や商談に繋げるために継続的にフォローアップを行います。

・クローザー:アウトバウンダーがアプローチしたお客様に対して商談を実施、問題解決の最適な条件を模索し、お客様にあった投資用不動産を提案します。

スマートセカンド部(完全反響営業)

▼役割について(※ご自身のスキル、経験に応じて調整)

・インサイドセールス:見込み顧客に対し、関係構築や商談に繋げるために継続的にフォローアップを行います。

・フィールドセールス:インサイドセールスがアプローチしたお客様に対して商談を実施、問題解決の最適な条件を模索し、お客様にあった投資用不動産を提案します。

・個人営業経験2年以上

・法人営業経験2年以上

【尚可】

・証券会社、生保・損保会社、製薬会社、医療機器会社、

銀行、広告代理店での営業経験者

・宅地建物取引士保有者

・1級ファイナンシャル・プランニング技能士

・2級ファイナンシャル・プランニング技能士

・マネジメント経験

【給与】

年収:700万~1200万程度

月給制:月額335188円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:※会社業績・本人評価等により支給

昇給:年2回

東京都新宿区西新宿6-5-1 新宿アイランドタワー6F

東京メトロ丸ノ内線「西新宿」駅より徒歩3分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

アセットプランニング部 10:00~19:00 スマートセカンド部 11:30~20:00(平日)・9:30~18:30 (土日)

【雇用・契約形態】

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月 ※給与・待遇に変動なし)
