本ポジションは、会計マネージャーおよび数名のスタッフをマネジメントしつつ、主にFP&Aと事業パートナー業務に注力します。

Responsibilities:
− Expertise in strategic/financial planning, analytics, accounting, tax(including international), treasury, AR, and IT.
− Strong decision-making, discretion, and ability to drive organizational results.
− Experience in organization management with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
− Excellent written and spoken English, with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
− Over 5 years of accounting-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements:
− Expertise in finance, accounting, tax (including international), treasury, AR, IT, and strategic/financial planning, with 5+ years' experience or equivalent.
− Strong decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, and results-driven organizational management skills.
− Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, including global perspective and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
− High learning capacity, flexibility, self-starter mindset, and proactive approach to process improvement.
− Fluent in English, effective communicator, able to meet deadlines, challenge the status quo, and drive strategic initiatives.
− Must have legal right to work in Japan
