2022年4月に日本法人を設立し、伊奈憲一郎がカントリーマネージャーとして率いる中で、私たちは急速に成長し、さまざまな業界のエンタープライズ企業にとって信頼されるパートナーとなりました。

現在、約18名のメンバーが、アカウントエグゼクティブ(AE)、セールスディベロップメントレプレゼンタティブ(SDR)、プリセールス、カスタマーサクセスマネージャー(CSM)、マーケティング、パートナーセールスなど、重要な役割を担い、企業の効率向上、イノベーション推進、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの支援に取り組んでいます。

この役割の重要性

日本市場担当のマーケティングリードは、単にキャンペーンを実行するだけでなく、企業がContentsquareと関わる体験を形作る役割を担います。マーケティング戦略のリード、高影響力イベントの企画、チーム間での連携を通じて、パイプラインの成長を推進し、クライアントのデジタルトランスフォーメーションをサポートします。ダイナミックで協働的な環境で活躍し、魅力的なキャンペーン作りに情熱を持ち、自分の仕事の成果を実感したい方に最適なポジションです。

主な業務内容

グローバルの優先事項に沿った日本向けマーケティング戦略の策定・実行、パイプラインとビジネス成長の推進
営業、パートナー、カスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、クライアント満足度の高いキャンペーンを実施
オンライン、ハイブリッド、対面イベントの企画・運営(アイデア出しから実行まで)、すべてのイベントで価値とつながりを創出
グローバルのコンテンツ・デザインチームと協働し、魅力的なキャンペーンメッセージ、デジタル資産、プロモーション素材を制作
マーケティング施策の効果を測定・分析し、継続的に改善しつつ予算管理も実施
日本市場でのContentsquare代表として、知見共有やチーム支援、市場におけるブランドイメージ形成に貢献

応募資格

日本国内でのB2B SaaSまたはテクノロジー業界における、マーケティングキャンペーンおよびイベント運営経験5年以上
日本語・英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル
高い組織力、複数プロジェクトの同時管理が可能
経営層とのコミュニケーションに自信があり、交渉力・対人スキルに優れている方
データ・成果志向で、ROIを測定し改善できる方
協働姿勢があり、営業・クリエイティブ・グローバルチームと連携して成果を出せる方
