仕事内容:

未経験から始められる訪問介護のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

・食事介助

・排泄介助

・買物の手伝い

・掃除、洗濯

・起床支援

・就寝支援

・オムツ交換等

ご利用者のご自宅へ訪問し、生活援助(調理、掃除、買物代行など)や身体介護(食事介助、清拭、オムツ交換など)を行います。障がいをお持ちの方への支援も行っています。

安心のチームケア制

毎回決まったご利用者のケアをするわけではなく、複数人のヘルパーがご利用者のケアを行います。様々な視点からご利用者の状態を常に確認し、予防の視点をもって生活の場に関わります。

サポート体制が充実

初回訪問時より、一人で対応いただけるようになるまでは先輩スタッフが同行します。事業所へ出社し、最後は事業所へ戻って帰宅する働き方のため、移動中の孤独感がなく、チームの一員として働けます。

チームケア制で担当制ではないため、急な予定が入っても代わりの方がケアに対応

求める人材:

・介護職員初任者研修(旧ヘルパー2級)以上の資格をお持ちの方

・未経験の方も大歓迎です。多くの職員が未経験入社です。

・もちろんブランクのある方もOKです。

・同業界のダブルワーク及び同業界以外でも複数社あわせての週40時間以上の勤務は不可になりますのでご了承ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

※試用期間(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)中は時給1,690円
