仕事内容:
未経験から手に職をつけられる鳶職のお仕事です。
①戸建て住宅での足場組み立て作業
②太陽光パネル・蓄電池設置用足場の準備
③工事完了後の足場解体・撤去作業
④資材運搬・現地での組み立て業務
【研修・サポート体制】
入社後3ヶ月間は座学・実技を組み合わせた丁寧な研修を実施。工具や鉄骨資材の名称・役割・使い方から基礎をしっかり学べます。現場デビュー後も先輩がマンツーマンでサポートし、効率的な作業方法やノウハウを伝授します。
【作業の特徴】
3~4名のチームで担当し、住まいのカタチに応じて足場の組み方を調整。リーダーの指示をもとに進行するため、シンプルで進めやすいのが特徴です。チームプレーで安心して作業に取り組めます。
