【仕事内容】

クロスティグループの中核企業である当社にて、経理・総務業務を中心としたバックオフィス業務全般をご担当いただきます。

【主な業務内容】

  • 銀行振込、入金管理
  • 経費精算、会計処理補助
  • 勤怠管理・給与計算補助
  • 年末調整補助、労働保険の更新(資料準備など)
  • 各種申請手続き
  • お客様からの問い合わせ対応

将来的には、経営幹部の右腕としてバックオフィス全体の統括をお任せします。

以下いずれかの経験が1年以上ある方

  • 事業会社での経理または総務経験
  • 会計・税理事務所、金融機関での実務経験

かつ、

  • チームマネジメントまたは社員教育の経験がある方

固定残業代あり:月給¥201,680以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥13,880(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:201,680円~(基本給187,800円~+固定残業手当13,880円~)
